Recovering

The exhausting, aching sickness we all hate to catch, of course, it had perfect timing to land on the same day of Dance Marathon. So, being the stubborn person I am I stuck it through and made it through 15 hours of no rest, no stopping, and no sitting. By midnight, you can guess it, I was shot.

Thirty hours of sleep may sound a bit ridiculous, but it was obviously what I needed. My productiveness took me by surprise Monday morning. Allowing yourself to relax and recover will do wonders in the end. Where in your life have you not allowed yourself the much-needed rest?
